What benefits do you receive when you use esure directly?
 

  • Our service is provided at no cost to you
  • We can instruct one of our recommended repairers in your local area to carry out repairs
  • Supply of a replacement vehicle free of charge without the need for a credit search. This will be for the duration of repairs or whilst your vehicle damage claim is being settled.
  • You will not have to pay your excess payment if we deal with your vehicle damage
  • 5 year warranty on all labour when using our recommended repairers
  • If you are injured we can deal with your claim without the need for you to instruct a solicitor. By dealing with us directly you will not lose any of the money you are paid for your injury. If you instruct a solicitor they could take a percentage of your injury payment.
  • The claim isn’t managed by your own insurance company  so your No Claim Discount won’t be affected
  • Collection and delivery of your vehicle arranged at your convenience


If you’ve already arranged repairs and/or a replacement vehicle, please call us with the details and we’ll contact the company to settle your claim to try and avoid you paying any excess.
