Automatic renewal
Your policy will renew automatically if...
- You pay your premium by Direct Debit
- You gave us 'Continuous Payment Authority' for your credit/debit card when you bought your policy.
Renew over the phone
If your policy isn’t going to renew automatically or if you need to make some changes, you’ll need to call us to confirm your policy details and pay your premium.

Change payment details at renewal
Please contact us at least four days before your renewal date if you’d like to change your payment details or payment method.
