esure x Shelter / World Homeless Day

Donation per Home policy sold Terms and Conditions

esure is proud to give £2 for every new esure home and esure Flex Home Insurance policy sold through esure.com or comparethemarket.com, between the 7th and 13th October 2024 to Shelter (registered charity no. 263710 England and Wales, SCO02327 Scotland) and in Wales, Shelter will subsequently pay 5% of the total amount raised to Shelter Cymru (registered charity no. 515902).

Eligibility
In order for esure to give Shelter £2 for purchasing your home insurance policy, you must:
• obtain a quotation from esure.com or comparethemarket.com between Monday 7th October and Sunday 13th October 2024 and click through to the esure website to purchase your home insurance;
• purchase your home insurance policy between Monday 7th and Sunday 13th October 2024; and
• not cancel your policy within 14 days of the policy start date
Should any of the above requirements not be met, esure will not make the payment. For the avoidance of doubt, you will not be asked to make the payment yourself.

Charity payment
Payments for all eligible policies bought will be aggregated and paid to Shelter by esure no later than 31st December 2024.

The Promoter
The Promoter is esure Services Limited. It is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 02135610). Its registered office address is at The Observatory, Reigate, Surrey RH2 0SG. It is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (reference number 312063).

Amending these terms and conditions
esure reserves the right, where necessary in order to continue the availability of this charity promotion, to change the charity promotion rules and these terms and conditions at any time. esure will always have the most up to date terms and conditions on its website and in the case of a discrepancy between these terms and conditions and those on the website, the website terms and conditions will apply. Continued use of the website will constitute acceptance of the new rules and/or terms and conditions.

Jurisdiction
This charity promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.
